Are you having a hard time coping ?   Do you believe you may have a mental health diagnosis but aren't sure?   I am able to conduct a comprehensive assessment to  look at  a possible diagnosis as well as help guide you during a disruption in your life or another major life event that is hard to cope with. We can work on how you can navigate your diagnosis and/or life event, with a possible referral for medication management if needed.
